We are dedicated to raising healthy, happy animals—lovingly cared for just as Mother Nature intended—which provide high energy, nutritious and delicious food sources for health-conscious individuals.

We guarantee our animals are raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. This promise is your assurance that our products meet a higher standard for natural.  Our pastures are actively managed to provide an abundant supply of our animals best feed, fresh green grass.  Our fencing is smooth high tensile wire so there are no barbs to injure the cattle.  This fencing lets us divide our pasture into small areas for a highly palatable mixture of grasses and legumes.   This management allows the grass to rest and regrow after harvest.   This keeps feed quality high and helps the animals  grow quickly for a tender meat with less fat.  Pastures are rotated frequently, fertilized and watered to meet the needs of the field and animal.  A mixture of kelp (natural minerals) and salt is available to the animals at all times.

We always welcome visitors at our farm as we enjoy showing customers how our animals are raised. We especially enjoy children, who want to learn about the animals and their relationship to our food sources.

Your meat is slaughtered and dry aged then wrapped, labeled and quick frozen in a family owned, slaughterhouse/ butcher shop close to our home.

We sell most of our meat by quarter, half, whole, special packages or by the cut, when available but we are not a supermarket or butcher shop. I would be happy to discuss your family's meat needs with you to see if we can help you meet them.

Grass fed beef has a taste and tenderness similar to corn fed animals.  It is leaner and some cuts like steaks can be overcooked faster than fat feedlot beef.  By slaughtering our animals before the seasons grass runs out we get a good finish of good fats.

Grass-fed beef as been shown to be higher in Omega 3 fatty acids and lower in Omega 6 than typical grain-fed beef.  The Omega 3 is an unsaturated fatty acid essential for human health and acts to lower levels of LDL (the “bad” cholesterol).    “Grass-fed beef usually has less than 10% of its fat as saturated.” - American Journal of Animal Science, 2000.  “Feedlot beef contains 35—75% saturated fat.” - American Journal of Animal Science, 2000.  Healthy meat is essential to any healthy diet, for more information on the Health Benefits of grass-fed products click here
